Chip frequencies are expected to rise by 8-14%, with the number of instructions executed per cycle rising by 15-24%. When compared to Zen 3, overall performance in single-threaded mode will improve by 28-37%.

According to an insider, the increase in multi-threaded mode will be at least the same. It’s possible that it’ll be even higher.
