Netflix has allegedly decided to release The Witcher: Blood Origin prequel series around Christmas this year (December 24, 25, or 26), according to Redanian Intelligence sources.
This is because the first and second seasons of the main series “The Witcher” were released at the same time. Probably, the streaming service’s executives were pleased with the picture’s results.
Six episodes make up The Witcher: Blood Origin. The series’ events will take place 1200 years before the Geralt arc and will be linked to a cosmic event known as the Conjunction of the Spheres. Eredin, played by Jacob Collins-Levi, will be the main antagonist.
The Witcher’s second season premiered on December 17, 2021.
