“Time and time again during the Brexit debate I heard EUrophiles telling me that we could only protect workers by being members of the European Union club, in their cloud cuckoo world it seems that freedom means a race to the bottom,” said Andrew Bridgen, a Tory Spartan from North West Leicestershire who voted against Theresa May’s deal.

“However, we discover that undocumented migrants are being used to complete major public projects in Monsieur Macron’s capital city.”

“It’s clear evidence that, no matter how much they want to wave their European flags, the European Union is not the path to the highest employment standards and worker protections.”

“We now have the freedom in Britain to provide the best protections to our British workers.”

“The best guarantee of higher wages and working conditions was delivered with the end of free movement and the strong demand for Labour that we now see in the independent United Kingdom,” he continued.

“It could be worse, аnd they could be slаve lаbor,” sаid Tory Brexiteer MP Peter Bone. I hope the аuthorities look into this thoroughly. If the undocumented workers аre victims of humаn trаfficking, I wouldn’t be surprised.”
