On Unreal Engine 4, a fan creates a full-fledged remake of Need for Speed Underground 2.

For quite some time, enthusiast developer Ivan Novozhilov has been working on a fan-made remake of Need for Speed Underground 2 using the Unreal Engine 4. He also recently posted a video of about ten minutes of gameplay.
Unlike most UE fan remakes, this project appears to be a complete game. Game mechanics, driving physics, drift, destructibility, and much more are already present. A weather system and music from Underground games were also added by the developer.
This remake is unfortunately not yet available for download. And, given how nice it looks, there are fears that EA will force it to close. So, if Ivan created a project to add to his portfolio, he accomplished his goal: with a video like this, he can be taken to almost any studio.
