Microsoft and Asobo Studio reportedthat on May 25th, a free add-on dedicated to the film “Top Gun: Maverick” will be released for Microsoft Flight Simulator. It was originally scheduled to be released in November of last year, but was postponed due to the film’s postponement.

The update will now be released just in time for the world premiere of the Tom Cruise film. At the same time, the developers make no mention of filling the content additive, but players can expect at least one new aircraft.

On PC and Xbox Series X|S, Microsoft Flight Simulator is available. The game is also part of the Xbox Game Pass subscription library.
