LIVE FROM THE ROYAL FAMILY: After being ‘cancelled,’ Harry and Meghan are being pressured to’sell out.’

Netflix has canceled Archewell Productions’ “Pearl,” an animated children’s series about a young girl who finds inspiration in powerful women throughout history, due to financial constraints. The streaming giant would expect “more bang” for their £71 million deal with the Sussexes, according to royal biographer and expert Robert Jobson, who spoke to the Mirror. “The couple may now be under increased pressure to come up with the goods, including royal-related goods, to reclaim Netflix’s subscribers,” he said. However, the cancellation of Meghan’s show demonstrates one thing: a person’s name and royal ties do not guarantee support in the ruthless world of show business. Will the prince and his wife be required to provide more royal tittle-tattle to Netflix? Is it possible that they will sell even more tickets? We’ll have to wait and see.”
