Epic Games MegaGrant funds will be used by Frogwares to relocate its Ukrainian employees.
Frogwares, a game developer, announced that Epic Games had awarded him a MegaGrant. The funds will be used to bring his Ukrainian team to the United States and assist him throughout the process.
“The war disrupted our workflow and caused our studio to become partially disorganized.” The funds from the Epic MegaGrant will be critical for the relocation of employees to safer areas, as well as assisting those relocated to more remote regions of Ukraine and other European countries in maintaining their financial stability.”
Frogwares is a software development company with studios in Ukraine and Ireland. Sherlock Holmes Chapter One, The Sinking City, and Magrunner: Dark Pulse are among the titles in development. It is not the only development studio that has faced significant difficulties as a result of the conflict in Ukraine.
