Employees of CD Projekt RED can now work both remotely and in the office.

CD Projekt RED, a Polish company, has announced its transition to a hybrid work model. Employees can now work from home or at the office whenever they want, allowing them to fit their work schedule around their lifestyle.

Furthermore, CDPR claims that such a measure would prevent employees from becoming burned out. During the development of the long-suffering Cyberpunk 2077, this problem became especially acute in the Polish company.

By the way, it was previously announced that employees of the digital service GOG will be able to take time off during their periods. CDPR is also considering it, but no concrete statements have been made so far.

CD Projekt RED is currently working on the first major expansion for Cyberpunk 2077, as well as a new part of The Witcher for Unreal Engine 5.
