Elden Ring: Let’s see it with a Fisher Price toy controller, shall we?

Rudeism, a bizarre controller builder, decided to play Elden Ring with a bizarre controller: a Fisher Price Xbox-style controller. Other than the fact that it’s obviously a children’s item, you might be wondering what’s strange about it.

You probably don’t recognize the object if you don’t have any young children or grandchildren. It’s essentially a phony controller that makes pleasant noises when you press the keys. It’s designed specifically for children, and it can’t be connected to a console or a computer.

So Rudeism must have heavily modified the Fisher Price controller to keep it childish while still allowing it to play video games.

Elden Ring, the current phenomenon, was the first title that came to mind for him to put it to the test. The contrast created by the juxtaposition is also appealing. In reality, FromSoftware’s game has only served to demonstrate the controller’s functionality so far, but it’s still an intriguing choice.
