Cindy Mikami’s Ghostwire: Tokyo is a new horror shooter from Tango Gameworks. The game was released in March, and while it’s too soon to talk about a sequel, game director Kenji Kimura has expressed interest.
He stated in an interview with IGN Japan that he was willing to make not only a sequel, but also DLC for the first installment.
I believe that once the dust settles and I have cooled down a little more, I will have ideas for a sequel and DLC that I want to bring to life. That’s all I can say because no decisions have been made yet.
The game’s sale has yet to be announced by Bethesda. Critics have given the game an average score of 77. They laud the game’s aesthetics and world, but criticize some rudiments and tedious elements.
Ghostwire: Tokyo available on PC and PS5.
