David Yates, best known for all of the recent Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts film adaptations, has a new project, according to Deadline. Filming for his film Pain Hustlers, starring Emily Blunt (“Edge of Tomorrow,” “A Quiet Place”), will begin on August 22.
The tape’s plot follows Lisa Drake, who wishes for a better life for herself and her young daughter. To do so, she takes a job at a failing pharmaceutical company and, using charm, courage, and determination, pulls herself out of the mire. As a result, Lisa gets a pass to social life while also becoming embroiled in a criminal conspiracy.
The film’s script was written by American writer Wells Tower, and the tape’s producer will be Lawrence Gray (“Starpeppers,” “The Lights Go Out…”).
