Crystal Dynamics, along with the rights to Tomb Raider, Deus Ex, and other games, has been purchased by Embracer.

The holding will spend $300 million on the deal.

Square Enix has sold a number of companies and franchises to Embracer Group, formerly THQ Nordic. Embracer Group will pay $300 million for the deal, which includes more than 50 pieces of intellectual property.

Embracer Group’s workforce will increase by approximately 1,100 people as a result of the acquisition, and the holding will have eight additional offices around the world. By the end of September 2022, the deal should be finalized.
