As a gunman enters a store in a German shopping mall, police close the roads.

A 20-25-year-old man armed with a rifle entered the Theresiencenter shopping mall this morning at around 8.40 a.m., according to local police.
Security personnel have been dispatched in large numbers to the scene.
Police are urging the public to avoid the area.
