According to the Belfast Telegraph, the Government will present legislation to Parliament on Tuesday afternoon that would remove the European Court of Justice’s jurisdiction over Northern Ireland.
On the deal, the Foreign Secretary is expected to make a statement.
Boris Johnson is currently in Northern Ireland to promote the devolved government’s return.
Because of the Northern Ireland Protocol, the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) has refused to enter the assembly.
