Airports are in ‘total chaos,’ with’mile-long’ lines causing passengers to cry.

Passengers are advised to arrive at least three hours before their flight at Leeds Bradford Airport.

Meanwhile, at 4 a.m. today, passengers at Birmingham Airport complained of being stuck in a “mile-long” line.

Dennis Hall, of Yarm, described his check-in at Leeds Bradford Airport on Friday as a “disaster” because he had to wait more than three hours to board his flight to Greece.

Sarah Dreier, from Castleford, said she arrived three hours early at the airport but missed her flight to Fuerteventura.

She told the BBC: “There was total chaos.

“With no customer service available, it was clear that the entire airport was a line.”

“There were families crying, and people were fainting.” “I couldn’t believe it.”

Leeds Bradford Airportblamed the outage on a staffing shortage across the industry.
