After catching a dog falling from a first-floor window, a woman was praised as a “true hero.”

The woman is talking to a workman outside her house when she is distracted by something immediately to her left in the video, which has been viewed over 2.2 million times. “Oh my oh get back, Clarence,” she exclaimed loudly.

She also rushes and perfectly catches a falling dog, presumably her own.

She then lifts the dog off the ground, exclaiming “oh my god,” and inspects it for injuries before putting it down.

The 15-second video doesn’t show how the dog ended up in a position where it could fall out of a first-floor window.

The video has gotten a lot of attention on Twitter, with many people praising the woman.

“This woman is a true hero,” said Lad Bible, who published the video.

“Was the dog ok?” added Twitter user @Equestrian34. What caused it to leap? That was a tough landing, but I’m glad she caught him!”

“Did she say his name is Clarence?” asked another user, @fabiangib. “Wonderful name.”

A third, @richardfalla, said: “Good hands.”
